Hello

i bought affinity photo and designer in the windows store.

Now i wanted to try the new beta version and it needs a licence key.

How can i find the licence key?

Hi Winu,

Welcome to Affinity Forums

There's no license key. You only have to install it on the same computer where you have installed the retail version. It will check if the retail is present on the computer and will run normally.

Now i tried to install the beta but it needs the licence key. It`s still not possible to install.

i hope somebody can help.

MEB has given you a correct answer.
The current beta versions do not require a license key
In other words, first installet the purchase version,
only then can the beta version installed on the same computer (without license key)

As i wrote before i  installed the purchased Windows store version and i want try to install the new beta and it asked me all the time for licence number.

There must be a difference between the version from the Windows app store!

So please tell me whats wrong.

The current beta version does not yet recognise the Microsoft Store version, sorry. We will try to address this issue soon, sorry

Hi Winu,

Mine is working because i have both the Affinity Store and Windows Store versions installed on my Windows machine.

It does not support the Beta as this point as Patrick noted. Please accept my apologies for the mistake.
