Dave 007 Posted May 21, 2017 Share Posted May 21, 2017 Good morning Yesterday I downloaded the latest upgrade AP but since doing it I keep on getting an error message saying: "error code could not be found or error code is invalid" followed by program closing. From your previous posts, you seem to be a Windows user like me. Dave 007 Posted May 30, 2017 Author Share Posted May 30, 2017 Hi sorry for delay in replying, I am using windows 10 latest edition, The edition of AP was taken from the latest download that I was prompted to load last week. Staff MEB Posted May 30, 2017 Staff Share Posted May 30, 2017 Hi Dave007, Welcome to Affinity Forums :) Can you please press and hold CTRL while launching the application, then press the Clear button from the dialog that will open to reset the app? It should work after the reset. Let us knows if it still doesn't. Seems there's a few issues with out crash reporter as well, hopefully this will be improved as we move forward.
