denironaut
So I guess you might be able to tell this piece is inspired a little bit by space invaders. I also tried to create a 2d platform game look. I think the challenge was knowing how much detail to leave out rather than add. Hopefully I've got the balance right! Please crit and thanks for your comments, oh and happy new year folks. peter
Cool, would love to see this one animated... Awesome, just needs a sense of movement and impeding terror. denironaut
Cheers gents, I guess I will have to wait for Affinity Animator to add some movement ;) Quote http://earnshaw.photography
Garytagreg
Looking good! I like the background: gives a sense of depth but not too busy to distract from the foreground. Maybe give the ships in the background a bit of blur to give a bit more depth?
denironaut
Cheers Garytagreg! Yes maybe a little blur was needed, never crossed my mind. Quote http://earnshaw.photography
ronniemcbride
Maybe, try slightly blurring the background of the city to create a sense of some depth in lieu of animation and motion blurr effect.
