[AD] Allow pressure profile of dashed lines.

As per title: a line can be either solid with a pressure profile, or dashed, but not both.

 

See this thread for discussion and my current workaround, but it is less than ideal.

Much needed feature.

Just today I came across this lack of feature. I was able to work around by applying a mask to the solid dashed line. It was a lot of work.
