Welcome to the forums @Papean

That sounds like a good idea to me.

My preference, of those you have given, would be the middle one (the one on the right looks a bit like headphones).

In German, the K would even be correct. Kurve(n) engl. curve(s).

But, if you zooooooom in, it looks like |( with a little circle in the middle.

Yeah, currently the node (if that’s what it is) isn’t 'on' the curve so it looks a bit ‘odd’ anyway.

The symbol corresponds to this,

and this (after turning to fit better into the reserved space).

Even though the symbol is more complicated, I think it is far more important to correctly identify the symbol, i.e. distinguish it from others, and understand its meaning, so the complexity/simplicity of the symbol is secondary.

All is well judging by the fact that in the topics are present only users and there is no one who makes decisions - most likely in the program everything will remain the same. Nobody is going to do anything :)

Serif staff generally will not comment in the Feedback section of the forum, as Serif does not normally comment on future plans. So in this section of the forums it is common to have only users discussing the suggested improvements. Appropriate Serif staff read quietly in the background gathering the suggestions.
