Hyphenation for different languages are in Character panel, set on off is in paragraf panel, If I have document with 3 languages, then I need for everyone migrate to character, paragraph, then character.... why hyphenation isn't in upper position, where are some other text settings? or in same panel or character or paragraf, I tell you as user.

This is not a bug, and certainly isn't something new in the betas, @Iztok.

If you use Text Styles, then you can simply enable automatic Hyphenation in the paragraph settings in them (or in the parent Text Style). If not, you can set it as an attribute of the No Style settings for paragraphs, or for the Text Frame you're working in.

Really, then, all you need to do in the Character panel is set the Language appropriately. And, again, that is something you can (and probably should) set in a Character Text Style, so you just set it via the Context Toolbar, with one Text Style per language that you plan to use in the document.

Hello, Iztok,

Yes, as Walt says, this situation is normal and expected and the right solution is to create a paragraph style. I’d go further and say that it’s a good idea to create a ‘Base’ style that contains all the settings you normally use in a text, such as hyphenation, but also approach, spacing, line spacing, colour, font, etc.

Mais je vous le demande, peut-on imaginer une police sans sérifs ?

I would make use of Text Styles, both Paragraph Styles and Character Styles. I would make three Character Styles, one for each of the languages. These Character Styles would be set to be based on [No Style] and the only thing I would set would be the language. Everything else would be set to inherit or No Change.

I would maybe make a French, German, and Italian language Paragraph Styles if the three languages are going to be entire paragraphs. But that would result in huge numbers of Paragraph Styles, three each of Heading 1, Heading 2, First Paragraph, Basic Text, Caption, etc., etc.

I have never mastered color management, period, so I cannot help with that.
