Hello all, I am new to Designer (been using Inkscape) and was wondering if there is a tool, other than hacks and workarounds, to measure degrees of various parts of a drawing. Please refer to the attached image.

Thanks in advance.

Hello and welcome to the forums, @Mukesh Jodhani

No, unfortunately there is not yet a tool to measure the degree of a line.

As a workaround, you could try rotating the object using the Transform panel. See what rotation you have to apply to get a vertical (or horizontal) line. Do this for the two limbs of the angle, then take the difference in the angles.

That looks a much simpler procedure than mine. I had to mark two nodes with the node tool by dragging a rectangle to enclose them; then the angle shown was that at the first of the two nodes selected.
