I have a multi-layered file >50 layers and want to create separate images from each layer without copying each one to a new file. Slicing cumbersome too.

I was hoping they could be printed as pages.

If you export as PDF, each layer in your document will be on a separate page in the PDF file.

That would certainly be true with multiple Artboards, or multiple Pages, but that doesn't sound right for multiple layers on a single canvas/artboard/page.

@Affinity Rat: Did I misunderstand your setup?

My bad, I must have been thinking of artboards.

You can use the export Persona to generate a slice from each layer.
