I’m a little bit confused by the differences between what's mentioned in the text and what's shown in the image.

In the text you seem to be asking for a single button to set both the Fill and Stroke to OFF together, e.g.

But in the image you seem to be asking for separate buttons, one of which will set the Stroke to OFF and the other to set the Fill to OFF.

Can you clarify the request please?

If you set the line weight to zero, you don’t need to bother about the setting for the line/stroke colour.

Its quick n easy to use the / and x keys to quickly set fill or stroke to none and to swap between fill and stroke …
