Rolf Schroers Posted March 23, 2024 Posted March 23, 2024 Yesterday, March 22nd, I bought Affinity for €125,99; but it proved incompatible with my Mac OS 10.14.6 (Mac OS.15 is needed). Unfortunately, this is not explained before purchase. Would you please either reimburse me, or provide a version that is compatible with Mac OS 14. My urgent need is a Photoshop equivalent. —Cordially, Rolf Schroers. Quote

It seems that the minimum specs really need to be made explicit at the checkout. Not sure, if this would help. I know another store, where buyers during the purchasing process 3x (!) have to acknowledge, that they have read and understand the system requirements, and still people buy a product which does not work on their system (either wrong or missing base product or wrong OS). What I do not understand, why dont people use the trial version before buying. emmrecs01 and Alfred 2 Quote Regards, Otto Affinity Suite v2.6.x - Windows 11 Pro

I don’t understand that, either, although I’m sure it doesn’t help that the money-back guarantee period is now fully twice as long as the trial period! mopperle and AiDon 1 1 Quote Alfred Affinity Designer/Photo/Publisher 2 for Windows • Windows 10 Home/Pro Affinity Designer/Photo/Publisher 2 for iPad • iPadOS 17.5.1 (iPad 7th gen)
