It looks to me as though her entire left arm and hand came from another image. Notice the colour of the two sleeves. But good for them, all the same! It is a loving and gentle picture in a presently-dreadfully unloving world! I am so happy to have seen it here in the USA before it was so sadly removed. AFPHOTO version contains all the layers of painting information including the "original" photo.
