Plon Posted March 7, 2024 Posted March 7, 2024 I made this for a french festival using mix of vector & pixels with few time to do it. (Using affinity suite since V1, I will never come back to Adobe suite. Evreything is quicker, easier and fits my needs perfectly : focusing on creativity and not struggling and wasting time to make things work as it should.) Alfred Posted March 7, 2024 Posted March 7, 2024 Welcome to the Serif Affinity Forums, @Plon. Nice work! I’m looking forward to seeing more of your output. How did you create the curvy blue lines in the background? Relatively easy to do with a Blend Tool, but (as I’m sure you’re well aware!) that hasn’t yet been added to Affinity Designer. Plon Posted March 7, 2024 Author Posted March 7, 2024 (edited) Thanks @Alfred. Blue lines where made in 5 minutes by making an horizontal line with 3 anchor points. Duplicating it by automating copy function (making one iteration with appropriate distance and ctrl+j), giving them a perspective effect by shrinking left and right anchor point column and deforming the result with mesh warp. Then working on line thickness to create sort of subtle relief. Edited March 7, 2024 by Plon Armandesigns, Komatös and Alfred 2 1 Quote
