Serious issues with Affinity Publisher

Recommended Posts

Hello, yesterday I finished a 70-page A4 project using Affinity Publisher with text and images. This afternoon, when I tried to reopen it for review, the document didn't open and displayed an error message saying "the file is being used by another user." I tried copying and pasting it into a new folder, but when I attempted to open it from the new location, the document stated "This file type is not supported."

I restarted my computer, but the situation remained the same.

I'm attaching the corrupted document for you to see if you can provide me with any clarification or assistance.

I tried just opening the file in APub V2 & after showing "Loading" for well over a minute it finally showed the 'unsupported' error message.
