Affinity 2.2.0.1954 missing icons in Toolbar

Confirmed on Ventura. The app has to start in light mode - switching to dark mode or from dark mode won't exhibit the issue.

Creating a document will resolve the issue until the document is closed.

The "best" part is, when you click in that empty icon area, you will be switched to whatever application is in the back. Eg, if you have a browser open behind the app, you will be switched tot he browser. If it's the Finder, you will be switched to the Finder.
