LCamachoDesign Posted July 20, 2023 Posted July 20, 2023 I know there's a number of Expand Stroke bug reports, but I don't think I've seen any reporting on this particular behaviour? The best bug description is actually show it visually. I've also attached a sample Affinity file for the development team to investigate. Thanks! sample file.afdesign Quote
joe_l Posted July 20, 2023 Posted July 20, 2023 I get a different result, when I expand the stroke and a different different one after rotating the element and then expanding. Quote ---------- Windows 10 / 11, Complete Suite Retail and Beta
Staff Callum Posted July 20, 2023 Staff Posted July 20, 2023 Hi LCamachoDesign, This seems to be a bug so I will log this with our developers for further investigation. This looks as though its being caused by the node handles pointing directly upwards moving them slightly makes expand stroke work correctly. Thanks C LCamachoDesign 1 Quote Please tag me using @ in your reply so I can be sure to respond ASAP.

It would still be better to have this fixed in a future build. Thanks! Quote
Old Bruce Posted July 20, 2023 Posted July 20, 2023 Wasn't there a bug reported about the angles of the handles being coincidental causes this?
