Kobold
I like clean windows, is there any chance of disabling / hiding the help about the used tools showing up at the bottom of the window all the time? I did a search, but did not find a solution for that. I do not need this help infos at the moment, so how can I hide this? Talking about Designer! Oval
“Separated Mode” is not a solution for you?
R C-R
I think currently there is no option to hide the status bar (which is what they call the text bar at the bottom of the workspace). However, there may be some way to do this by accident, if someone can figure out the cause of what is a problem for chishi in this topic. eliotlovell
I would also like to be able to hide the bottom status bar - seems like a waste of space if you don't want these tips. Especially when so much of the rest of the interface can be hidden if you want :)
Staff MEB Posted May 10, 2017 Staff Share Posted May 10, 2017 Thread moved to the Feature Requests section. I think currently there is no option to hide the status bar (which is what they call the text bar at the bottom of the workspace). However, there may be some way to do this by accident, if someone can figure out the cause of what is a problem for chishi in this topic. That's a bug probably specific to the old OS X version (Mountain Lion?) that the user is running. Especially when so much of the rest of the interface can be hidden if you want :) You may already know this, but you can quickly hide or show all of the UI elements (including the status bar) by tapping the Tab key.
