Use the Transform Pane and set the shear and rotation back to 0 degrees.

I have never mastered color management, period, so I cannot help with that.

Many thanks, Old Bruce.

I wonder why there's not an simple option in the Isometric pane? I think it will be quicker for me to ensure I'm working on duplicates when I'm making Isometric drawings.

If I reset Rotation and Shear it doesn't go back to the original shape. If you try with a circle shape it becomes an elliptical shape.

Please post a screen recording or at least an example file showing this issue.

Any solution?

If you start with and ellipse (height and width unequal), you cannot use shear and rotation to morph into circle.

Just use height for width or with for height, and set shear to zero.
