Mike Swartzbeck
I'm trying to find that big brush settings panel that I used to be able to bring up — that big brush settings panel that was perfectly laid out and readable and so easy to use that I loved it so much I wanted to marry it, and now it's gone. All the brush options are along the edges of the frame, none of the icons are large enough to mean anything, and the brush options are scattered all over the place. Does that great big perfectly laid out brush options dialog panel I loved so much still exist in v2? The way brush options are laid out around the screen is sloppy and confusing. Mike Swartzbeck
Yeah... first thing I did was hit that corner button to pop up the help, and didn't see it indicated anywhere, and it wasn't in its usual menu spot. I knew in v1 there was this jankiness you had to go through to get a proper "save a copy" and "save as" and "save" options in the menu... but none of that seemed to apply here. It's as if that dialog and the Save options were just kinda.... poof, gone. So, it was right there in front of me, but I didn't notice 'cos there was no clear indication, just that "dot" indicating my brush tip choice. Huh. Thanks for the heads-up; I honestly would never have guessed. I do like how the sliders for brush tip adjustments pop up alongside, though it'd be nice if I could tap on/tap off to show/hide that bit. The Save options are gone from within a document. You need to do them from Live Docs, now. Walt, what’s the point in hiding menus if you are then going to tell users where they’re hidden.😂 Paul Mudditt and walt.farrell 2 Quote M1 IPad Air 10.9/256GB lpadOS 17.1.1 Apple Pencil (2nd gen).
