Dutch
The title sums it up. I got all three app yesterday, but after installing none of the apps open. I'm running Catalina and have about 90GB free space... what's wrong here? Hope you can help me out! Dutch PS just checked A Designer and A Photo 1.10.5 and they don't open either.... Dutch
I noticed that newer posts get replies. Does that mean I just have to forget about it and get a refund? 😒 I also just noted that I'm the only person with a faded-out star i.f.o. my post instead of a blue dot.... what does that mean? 😳 Quote iMac : 2.3 Ghz Dual-Core intel Core i5 Affinity Designer 2.0.3 : Affinity Publisher 2.0.0 : Affinity Photo 2.0.

A pale star means you've posted in that topic, and there are no posts you haven't read. A darker blue star means you've posted in that topic, and there are posts you haven't read yet. Clicking on the star will take you to the first one (just as clicking on the darker blue dot would). Dutch
Thank you both for reaction, much appreciated! BTW I notice that you both have technical info underneath your posts, how did you do that? I dragged the application icons to the Dock, double clicked and the "verification" started.... took a hell of a time, but they're now up and running! Thank you guys again for the feedback!
