When I change to a different Layer, the previous Layer reverts to Normal (instead of the Linear Light chosen before). If you tap anywhere with the studio open the new blend setting reverts to the previous settings. Try tapping the layer options back arrow after selecting the desired blend mode. IMG_0412.MOV I know you’re trying, but it’s not working on this end! I always duplicate the layers to use filters individually and on V2 that’s not working as it was on V1. This is regardless of any Live Adjustment Filters used, but simple Layer Blend choices selected. I use this software for basic editing for my concert photography work and this something I need to use and it’s driving me demented how something as basic as that could be buggy. On V1 this was smooth as it should be… this not rocket science stuff. I’m glad I didn’t delete the V1 app from my iPad, otherwise I’d be even more demented, as I don’t use any other software/computer to edit my concert photos. Paul Mudditt Posted January 9, 2023 Share Posted January 9, 2023 Yes they have changed it slightly and when using my finger it tends to work but if I do all steps using Apple pencil you do seem to have to do the additional tap on the already selected setting to get it to stick, and, most importantly it does not work like the V1 app or the desktop apps who don't need the extra tap.
