Unable to export to PSD

Basically, it gives me an unknown error. PSD export only works if you choose the FInal Cut preset. Rest, do not work.

Does anyone know why?

Deleting (not just ‘switching off’) the two Mask layers allowed me to export the document to PSD (and makes the design look nicer, but that’s maybe just me).

That actually works, but would be nice if masks could be supported as well.

I don’t use PSDs myself so I can’t comment on whether they are “supported” or not.
The problem could be down to an issue with one or more of the Mask layers themselves, but what the problem is (if there is one) could be difficult to track down.
Hopefully an expert will come along and give you better advice than I can.

Perhaps you can test the attached files if they are better for you.

Edited the file in AP, made a selection from the mask, deleted the orginal mask and made a new one from the selection. Voila.

I was extremely motivated solving this, because I am a f*cking vegan myself. 🤣

So that doesn't really solve the problem, I guess.

Hi All,

Unfortunately are QA team were unsure as to the cause of this issue beyond the Mask itself being the problem however they have provided a version of the file that seems to export correctly so you should be able to continue working.
