Can I copy and paste only Effect (not included fill & stroke)

Somebody please help me.

I've  made different boxes designs and I need to copy only shadow effect to other boxes. :wacko:

Somethings like 'Paste Layer Style' in Photoshop

Hi Predick,

 

Unfortunately it isn't possible to copy just the effects on an object. You can right click the object and click Create Style but this will also save the colour settings and opacity.

if you have access to Affinity Photo as well, you can open your AD document in AP, copy your source object and use the Edit > Paste FX command to apply just the effect to your target object. I am still wondering why this option is missing from AD …  :unsure:

You could perhaps also make the shadow effect "by hand". I sometimes prefer to do this, because it allows me much freedom to manipulate.

Duplicate the object > fill black >send to back behind your object > apply Gaussian blur to the amount you want.
