Karissa Hansen Posted June 21, 2022 Posted June 21, 2022 I downloaded the app on my iPad but after I downloaded it said it wasn’t compatible. So I would like a refund because I can’t use it.
walt.farrell Posted June 21, 2022 Posted June 21, 2022 Welcome to the Serif Affinity forums. The iPad apps are sold by Apple, from the iPad App Store, not by Serif. Therefore, I think you'll have to contact Apple Support to get a refund. Komatös Posted June 21, 2022 Posted June 21, 2022 If I remember correctly, you are warned before downloading if a programme is not compatible with the device or the installed operating system version. And as Walt already wrote, Apple is the contact.
