Selection window is not visible against particular background colours

Currently, I cannot see the selection window when dragging against dark grey background colour (e.g. RGB 76,76,76). This makes it really hard to know what I am selecting. Please either invert the selection window colour or use marching ants during the selection process.

This is not behaviour we can replicate, you should be able to see marching ants during the selection process. 

Please could you provide an example of:

• Your OS and systems specifications
• The version of Affinity Photo you are using
• Your Performance settings under Edit > Preferences > Performance.

Does the issue reoccur after restarting the application or your PC, or in a new document?

It's strange, I put my PC to sleep just now, retried it in the same and a new document and it's working again now. I did not use Affinity Photo after reporting the bug as I also couldn't pan with my MMB after this occurred. Nor would a spacebar click to pan work, neither did the colour picker. Basically the whole thing broke down for a bit 🤣 So must have been something quite severe happening in the background of my system or so.

I can't tell what it is that triggered any of this. So I don't have a clue on how to reproduce it. I have been switching software a lot lately, so I figured there weren't marching ants by default, oops.😅

My system specs are:

Windows 10: (10.0.19044)
32 gb Ram
CPU: i7 7820HK
GPU: GTX 1070

Affinity Photo version 1.10.5.1342

If you do manage to replicate this again then please let me know, it may have been caused by another application or process running in the background.
