Hello,

I am trying to install Affinity Photo on my Windows PC.  I originally purchased in January 2018 (Order Number: AYD2B3LBND). Then the product was Version 1.6.2.  The product I am trying to install now is 'affinity-photo-1.10.5' or  'affinity-photo-1.10.3'. Both installations have failed.  How do I obtain the most current download required to do this? Must I re-purchase the product?

What is the failure you're seeing?

What release of Windows do you have?

Did you follow the suggestions when you posted about this before?

As a reminder, here's the FAQ for Setup Failed, in case that's what you're still seeing:

You're just going to search me and berate me?

Sorry to have offended, but I'm not berating.

We gave you some advice and asked some questions last time. You never responded.

I just asked for more information, as you haven't provided enough to know which of many possible problems you're having, and suggested a source of solutions for your problem. Generally, using the solutions in that FAQ article resolves peoples problems.

With no suggestion from Affinity, I was able to install the current 90-day trial onto my machine. This proves to me that the other installations are corrupt and it is NOT my machine. So, maybe if you would like to leave your ego in check and be helpful without scolding a PAID customer, please show me how I can my PAID serial to unlock this trial?   (seems like I'm doing all the troubleshooting here)

To use your existing Product Key:

  1. Look in your Account at the Serif Affinity Store, where you will find the key and the email address that you need: https://affinity.store/account/downloads
Note that you may have a recent entry for the trial version, so you will want an older entry. You must use the email address that it shows, even if you have since changed email addresses.

If you do not find that older entry, and you have changed your email address since your original purchase, it is possible that you have a different Affinity Store account than you are currently using. In that case, if you know the password to that old account and your former email address you should still be able to login to it, but if not you may need to email affinity@serif.com for further assistance.

  2. Once you have the product key and email, when you start a Trial version you should get a prompt, with one option being to to enter a product key. Choose that option, enter the product key and email you've looked-up, and you should be good to go.
