With no suggestion from Affinity, I was able to install the current 90-day trial onto my machine. This proves to me that the other installations are corrupt and it is NOT my machine. So, maybe if you would like to leave your ego in check and be helpful without scolding a PAID customer, please show me how I can my PAID serial to unlock this trial? (seems like I'm doing all the troubleshooting here)

Hello, I am trying to install Affinity Photo on my Windows PC. I originally purchased in January 2018 (Order Number: AYD2B3LBND). Then the product was Version 1.6.2. The product I am trying to install now is 'affinity-photo-1.10.5' or 'affinity-photo-1.10.3'. Both installations have failed. How do I obtain the most current download required to do this? Must I re-purchase the product?

Just tried to install affinity-photo-1.10.3.exe. I also get the Setup Failed error. Why hasn't this been fixed yet??? File size 566,293 kb. Terry
