If you purchased from the Affinity Store, and the purchase was successful, you should be able to login at https://affinity.store/account/downloads where you will find the product name and download link, along with the product key and email address you'll need to use during the installation. Alfred Posted March 14, 2022 Posted March 14, 2022 A purchase through the Microsoft Store doesn’t need (and therefore doesn’t have) a product key, because it’s tied to your Microsoft account. However, since you say you have the program installed but apparently cannot run it, I wonder whether you have actually installed the Trial version from the Serif/Affinity website but later bought it in the Microsoft store? If so, you need to uninstall the version you currently have and then download and install the version in your Microsoft Store account, as @Alfred details above.
