Spock
I have imported pdf file using latest version of Designer for iPad and running latest version 15.2 and it works. After that I have exported as pdf using Designer and open the pdf using Apple Markup to open the file. No issue with that. I have highlighted some words and drew an arrow then save the pdf file in my iCloud Drive. Then I tried importing the pdf and open the file using Designer but getting an error. Never happen before when I was using iPadOS 15.1. I have attached a photo of the error.
DM1
I see the same issue, won’t open in Designer but will open in Documents (Readdle). So file not corrupted just Designer not handling it correctly. Quote M1 IPad Air 10.9/256GB lpadOS 17.1.1 Apple Pencil (2nd gen). The Affinity applications do not. As Callum mentioned, it would be helpful to have an example file. walt.farrell
Thanks, @DM1, and sorry for the delay. I can confirm that Publisher refuses to open your test PDF file for me. Adobe Acrobat Reader opens it just fine. PDF-XChange Editor says: In my experience, the Affinity applications generally refuse to open PDF files that have any kind of error, even minor ones that other applications may ignore.
