elguapo Posted November 27, 2021 Posted November 27, 2021 In latest version of Affinity 1.10.4 there is a bug with floating panels, they all open on closest space to the full screen app. Any dialog/studio or pop-up window. So if I'm working on document full screen and press More on tool bar for editing the brush, the window opens on the adjacent space and I have to switch space and edit there. Same with any palette. Intuos5 Posted November 27, 2021 Posted November 27, 2021 It's probably easier for the developers to see a screencast (video) of what happens when you open the panels. You could then also show the steps they require to reproduce the issue, so they can diagnose the problem with more ease. Quote

Staff stokerg Posted November 29, 2021 Staff Posted November 29, 2021 Hi @elguapo, Which version of MacOS are you running? I've tried replicating this on 12.0.1 and haven't been able to as of yet. Quote
elguapo Posted November 29, 2021 Author Posted November 29, 2021 Hi @stokerg I'm using Monterey 12.0.1 Quote
Daimyou Posted January 11, 2022 Posted January 11, 2022 I am having the same issue in full screen. new, jumps to other space, click create and then just sits there in that space, have to manually go back to space with designer, very annoying. using Catalina 10.15.7 on one machine and Big Sur 11.6.2 on another machine. both do this. elguapo Posted February 2, 2022 Author Posted February 2, 2022 Bumping to bring attention. It's the bug I have to deal with on daily basis. Hope it's easy to fix. Quote
dkenner Posted March 31, 2022 Posted March 31, 2022 I am in the same position as you, it is mildly annoying, but I am used to it. I note that I did not see this issue until this week. The first time I ran across it I thought APub had frozen. For the specifics, iMac 2019 edition, running the latest version of OS/X 12.2.1. APub, latest version Quote
