Mixer brush does not paint at 100% strength

Why does it work fine here at any flow value including 100%  ??

Did you hit the Clean button first? I think it works if the brush is dirty at 100% but for me, as soon as I hit Clean and paint at 100% nothing happens.

Effectively, after "Clean Brush" 100% it stops working.

I'm using the brush with transparent color, with the option of automatic reloading, with the frequency separation technique I don't want to paint with color, I just mix color, that's why I use it with the brush in transparency to blend areas of color in the low frequencies. and at 100% does not mix changing to 99% or less if mixing
