Import LUT Category

How does this work? What is it that you achieve when importing a LUT category? Where are these found? I know how to import LUTs but not categories.

I'd take a look in Help, for me it's on

file:///C:/Program%20Files/Affinity/Photo/PhotoHelp/Contents/Resources/English.lproj/pages/Appendix/importingLUTs.html

if that doesn't work just search for lut

It's handy for sharing several LUTs with other folk or to another computer

If you try it (Adjustments panel, open LUT, click cog icon) you'll see that it wants you to provide a .afluts file:

Thus, it is the counterpart to the Export LUT Category action.

Short version: Adjustments > LUT.
