segts
Thought I'd add a quick shirt I did for work using Designer. I love the variable width tool for strokes. Is there a trick to matching up the two ends instead of eyeballing on the iPad? William Overington
In the upper picture the image of the heart seems to go outside the bounding box. Is that right? Also, is the heart that colour? segts
@William Overington Hey there! You are right. Only part of the image is selected. I have a shape with a bigger outline sitting behind the heart. The artboard above is a collection of multiple shapes, masks and outlines. Once I have the image where I like it. I convert all the lines to shapes and use the pathfinder to make compound shapes. The bottom image has a compound shape for each color. And I don't think a heart is that color IRL, it's a play off of replacing the heart symbol ❤️. That's why I chose red. 🙃 Best! Most mammal hearts that I have seen (including humans) are not far off that colour. I spent my working life as a Lecturer in Animal Biology. I also worked in operating theatres in my student vacations. John segts and William Overington 2 Quote Windows 11, Affinity Photo 2.4.2 Designer 2.4.2 and Publisher 2.4.2 (mainly Photo). It has been over 50 years since I was dissecting a human body in an anatomy class, but the way I remember it, yes. The heart is a muscular organ, so it is about the same color as the meat you can see in a butcher shop. segts
William Overington
As a vegan I don't go anywhere near the horror of the type of shop that you mention, so fortunately for me I do not see it William AdamStanislav and segts 1 1 Quote Until December 2022, using a Lenovo laptop running Windows 10 in England.
