When trying to set margin guides on an Art board, the settings just revert to 0 and no margin is displayed.

Same problem here.

It’s a known bug. The current workaround: Try setting margins/bleed on a normal canvas first. Then use add Artboard to convert your canvas to Artboard. Now you can adjust the margins/bleed.

M1 IPad Air 10.9/256GB   lpadOS 17.1.1 Apple Pencil (2nd gen).
Affinity Photo 1.10.5 Affinity Design 1.10.5
Affinity Publisher 2, Affinity Designer 2, Affinity Photo 2 and betas.

Same problem here. Can’t set margins for individual art boards.

This workaround works fine but just for single artboard. If I want to set another artboard with different margins, it stays fixed with previous settings and changing margins is impossible (even if settings are changed, margins stay the same).

Bleed remains set, however you can add new guides to create different margins on different Artboards.
