abra100pro
I change the order (bring to front,...) on one artboard and AD changes all other same images also (unwanted) Please check my short video: aD-Layerbug.m4v
AlanPickup
I do not use symbols much, but according to the https://affinity.serif.com/en-us/tutorials/designer/desktop/video/301628203/ you need to turn off sync to edit individual symbols Quote Alan Pickup Windows 11 Home all Affinity suite of Apps PC and Gigabyte Laptop 16gb Ram and Nvidia GTX1660 Super on each. abra100pro
Syncing symbols is a great thing and - that's why I made them in the first place. However - the order of the layer within an artboard should not be a property of a symbol. This just wouldn't make sense in any way.

Staff Sean P Posted March 2, 2021 Staff Share Posted March 2, 2021 Hi abra100pro, Thank you very much for the video! As Carl123 says this will only happen when you use Move To Back/Front in conjunction with Symbols, and it is something that we do have logged with development to be fixed. I will get the issue bumped with them and get your comments passed over.
