Joachim_L
Give the Blemish Removal Tool a width of 4096px and click on the image. This results in hanging or crashing. Crash report is attached. While examining this: High (not 4096px) values can lead to black circles instead of removing a blemish. Seems to be a result of hardware acceleration. 549859f3-bb47-46d4-a0d9-5fe105a61031.dmp Quote ------ Windows 10 | i5-8500 CPU | Intel UHD 630 Graphics | 32 GB RAM | Latest Retail and Beta versions of complete Affinity range installed
Staff Chris B Posted February 9, 2021 Staff Share Posted February 9, 2021 Hey Joachim_L, I'm not getting a crash but it does take a while to finish. It looks like the app is about to hang at times. I imagine it's just a huge task at that size. It was using all my available CPU and Memory according to Task Manager. We should not be crashing though. NotMyFault
Bump. It is crashing in 1.10.0.1127 retail and Beta when OpenCL is active for a document ~2K x 2K (smaller than the brush size). It survives with long "not responding" if document is 8k x 8k, or OpenCl is inacitve. .
