Program shuts down starting or opening a document

Recommended Posts

Hello @Vonsi46, and welcome to the forums.

What do you mean by a 'Re projek'? Can you give an example?

What do you mean by a 'new Photoshop'? Do you mean a previously unopened Photoshop .psd file?

Hey Vonsi46,

Does it shut down when you open a blank project or if you open an existing project you've already been working on?

Can you please confirm which version of the app you are using and also provide a document if it does appear to be document specific.

You can also check crash reports here:

Affinity Store version - Go to %AppData%\Affinity\Photo\1.0\CrashReports\reports

Microsoft Store version - Go to %AppData%\Affinity\Photo\1.0 (Store)\CrashReports\reports

Once you have an answer to that it would be good to have a more meaningful thread title!
