Affinity Photo Devleop persona i want change (i dont found way) before and after order. to my eyes is better order. to me one command line tool is years ago very bad becouse there is this kind order what this program follows but i imagine source is left and dwstionation is right. i more left handled enby (non binary) maybe related this.

Ps. even normal Photo persona this split view what some earlier sayed soudns good idea.

This has been requested before. Many users would prefer the before/after (or source/destination) split view to be the other way around: I don’t think it’s related to being left- or right-handed.

Neither do I.

I think it has more to do with the fact that in most of the cultures currently well-supported by the Affinity products, we read left to right.  When you are reading from left to right, you expect the earlier thing to be on the left, and the later thing on the right.

The current setup, with the "before" on the right, would probably fit better in a culture that reads right to left...  curious considering that right-to-left scripts have been begged for for some time and are not currently supported, but this one oddity of a right-to-left linguistic system has somehow become the only option for its purpose.

It should really be switchable by the user, though, as it may make sense to compare different images in different ways.
