Good afternoon Affinity Team,

Could you please advise, how I can access Affinity during Photo edit sessions on my iPAd, though the Photos App, as I can through my MacBook Pro?

The only way currently available is to create a shortcut with the Shortcuts app, then add that to the share sheet. I have them working for photo and designer.

Can you please explain how to add this shortcut. A screenshot of the shortcut does not explain “how”

Welcome to the Serif Affinity Forums, @Dockskipper. :)

What is the location of the file? Have you found out what the current permissions are?

I’m still running iPadOS 14.8, so I probably don’t see the same options as you do.

Hi Paul,

Thank you for your response.

It is not clear to me how this enables me to edit my Photos in Affinity from my iPad, as I can do from the Photo App on my MacBook.

It should make your shortcut show up on the Share menu within Photos.

In the Apple Photos app. Nothing special. Permission shows Affinity Photo granted access under “privacy”
