siapec
It seems to work weird for the color picker not representing the pixel selected same problem in affinity photo see attachement Thanks Louis color_picker_unprecise.mp4
walt.farrell
The eyedropper in the Color panel does not work the same as the Color Picker Tool in the Designer Pixel Persona, or in Photo. The Color Picker Tool sets the object color directly. The eyedropper in the Color panel sets the color into the little color-well that is part of the eyedropper. If you look closely as you move the eyedropper around you will see that color-well change. Then, to apply the color, you click on that color-well or on the eyedropper. carl123
I think the OP's problem is that the colour in the large circle (where the cursor is) does not change as they move the cursor around the screen Quote To save time I am currently using an automated AI to reply to some posts on this forum. Staff Sean P Posted October 20, 2020 Staff Share Posted October 20, 2020 Hi siapec, I presume you are referring to the contents of the loupe not showing whats under the cursor correctly? What is your monitor, resolution and display zoom setup you're using (All monitors, not just the current)? Does this happen on a simple document with a single shape? I've tried this on mine and cannot reproduce it on either monitors: a 24" 1080p set to 100% and a 27" 4k set to 150% (Primary Display) I know Windows doesn't always handle scaling the best and somethings can either be really small, or off in scale which is what I'm thinking is happening here. I see you're using the beta - does this happen for you in the release version?
