srg Posted September 29, 2020 Posted September 29, 2020 Moving the slider for the diffuse light on the right increases the size of the light beam. This seems to be an erratic problem since the same file may do it and then not do it. See the video. I have previously reported on this. Thanks. Staff Chris B Posted September 30, 2020 Staff Posted September 30, 2020 Hey srg, If you've previously reported it, do you have the thread? I want to see if there's a bug report tag in it because I cannot find it in our system. I also cannot reproduce this. If you save an .afphoto file and reopen it, does it show the behaviour? If so, it might be worth firing one over (that is if we cannot find this report). Quote How to format a bug report | Learning Resources | List of V2 FAQs | YouTube Tutorials
srg Posted September 30, 2020 Author Posted September 30, 2020 I thought I had reported it previously but cannot find the thread. In any case reopening the file takes care of the problem at least after the imac was restarted. Quote

Metal is on.As I think I said, I had this happening preciously with older version of AF and now with the new version. Not often at all but it does happen. I cannot say when specifically it happens but you saw the video of two different files: it happens. 9 hours ago, Chris B said: Same. Just tried again a number of times =/ Do you have Metal on/off?
