zoom and pan in publisher

Hello,

when I use my Laptop's Mousepad and move two fingers right and left the document scrolls horizontally. And when I move two fingers up and down the document zooms and when I move two fingers apart and together, the document scrolls vertically. But I want to have it scrolling vertically by moving two fingers up and down and zooming by moving fingers apart and together.

Can I set up this behavior?

Hi Callum,

no, all my other applications work like this:

• moving two fingers vertically -> scrolling verically
• movind two fingers horizontally -> scrolling horizontally
• moving two fingers apart and together -> zooming

That's interesting isn't it?

Hey Rainer, 

As far as I know, the gestures is not something we can actively change in Affinity.

Do you have any other pointing devices connected to the laptop such as a tablet they may be interfering?

I still need help to this theme:

On my Desktop-PC and my Laptop in Photo and Desiger and also on my Desktop-PC in Publisher zoom and pan works so:

• Mousewheel = scrolling vertically
• Shift + Mousewheel = scrolling horizontally
• Ctrl + Mousewheel = zooming

Only in Publisher on my Laptop it works so:

• Mousewheel = zooming
• Shift + Mousewheel = zooming
• Ctrl + Mousewheel = scrolling vertically
• Shift + Ctrl + Mousewheel = scrolling horizontally

I think thats an accidentally wrong setted up setting but I don't find it.

Please help me, im going to become crazy about this...

Hello together,

it looks like I made mistakes myself: "Use mouse to zoom" was activated. But I'm sure, I've checked this several times and it wasn't activated, wasn't it? Don't know.
