How to create a fog effect

Everything is the same in AP as it is in PS in this case, as far as steps. Only differences will be a little in the way the adjustments panels look and are called. For instance, PS has the Hue Saturation adjustment, AP calls it HSL Asdjustment, also in the filters, AP calls Render Clouds Perlin Noise under the Filter>Noise>Perlin Noise.
