As far as I know Photoshop is the only tool for making advanced typography effects that are still editable. I use this online tool https://www.mockofun.com/templates/text/text-styles/ to make text styles and save them as PNG images. However the PNG text is no longer editable. -
You can use this movie poster credits template for commercials projects. Usually the free stuff is either free for personal use only or it requires attribution.

How to create a fog effect

To create this effect you can use fog brushes. Another solution is to add a fog texture overlay over your photo and set the blend mode to screen or lighten. Also try to make the sky blurry, without clouds. -

I have lots of Photoshop presets. I know that Photoshop brushes can be used in Affinity but what about custom shapes (CSH files), styles (ASL files) or actions (ATN files)?
