On Windows, the top of that dialog looks like this:

No, it hasn’t been dropped from the Mac versions.
I get the 'Print Ready' option in all three beta apps.
Is it missing in all three apps for you or just in Designer?

Just missing from Designer, its there in the Photo / Pub betas. I'm running Designer Beta1.8.0.2

You're right. It was missing on Designer 1.8.0.2 but why don't you download the 1.8.0.5? that is available?
