If you are purchasing for first time, it should start to auto download.

  8. Hi 30west , Welcome to the Affinity forum. I'm not quite sure what this means, can you please elaborate on the issue, and how it may be a problem? When purchasing through our own site, it will detect the device you are on and default to that version, but it can be changed during the check out process. If you have purchased the Mac version instead of the Windows version, please send an email to affinityreturns@serif.com with your order number, and they will be able to refund the purchase for you. I suspect the app will stop working once the 10 day trial expires. You can use Affinity apps for Windows on any Windows computers you own or control by ONE person. The books are quite heavy, the prices you see on our website are prices that we are charged by the delivery fulfilment company, we do agree that they can be quite expensive is some regions and we do absorb some of the cost ourselves. One of many reasons is that we already have a host of online support on these very forums. Lots of users asked for a book, so we also produced a companion book for the apps.

I have applied a download link to your account as I can see that you purchased the app. To login to your account, please head to the Affinity website and enter your email address along with your password within the relevant fields, and then click Sign In. If you’re unsure of your password, please select the Forgot Password? option and enter your email address. Then select the Reset Password option. This will send you an email to the email address previously specified for you to reset; follow the steps within this email. Once you’re in your Affinity Account, please select your name in the top right-hand corner of the page. This should supply you with six options, one of which is Downloads & Product Keys - Select this option now. On this page, you will see a list of your orders along with a Download Purchase button associated with each. Click the button next to the relevant order to start the download.

  19. Hi Mateusz, Welcome to the Affinity forum. It is not possible to place an order on our website for both books in one order without paying two shipping charges. As one book alone is quite heavy (nearly 1.6kg with packaging) and because of this weight, we are charged by Amazon, who ship our orders out. However, as a good will gesture we can offer half price shipping on the second workbook?
