  1. Hi @awado, I've passed this on to our development team to try to find out what caused this. In the meantime if you just log out of your account in the app then sign back in, that should resolve it for you. Thanks a lot Dan
  2. Hi @Zox, Thanks for reporting this. Would you mind answering a couple of questions for me? What version of Windows are you running? Do you have any firewalls or antivirus software running? Where did you buy the software (Affinity Store or Windows Store)? Thanks a lot Dan G
  3. Hi, This is by design at present, however we're keeping under constant review what you can do with content downloaded via your account, and so I have passed this feedback on to our development team. Having said that, the option to Edit them should be disabled. It is on my machine. Would you mind attaching a screenshot of the right-click menu in case it's affecting specific macros? Thanks a lot
  4. Hi @v_kyr, Thanks for reporting this. It looks to be an issue with the German translations and I've passed it on to our development team. Thanks again
  5. Hi @rocsal50, Unfortunately this is a known issue affecting a few of our customers. We are currently working on a fix for version 1.9.1 which we hope to release some time next week if testing goes to plan. That release should fix this issue, although you may find that the app will still crash the first time you try it, but then use a fallback code path on subsequent registrations. You might also want to try the latest beta to see if that resolves your issue. More information can be found here: https://forum.affinity.serif.com/index.php?/topic/134424-known-issues-common-issues-found-in-the-affinity-190-update/ Thanks a lot

  10. Hi @e snissaert, Welcome to the Serif Affinity forums Thanks for reporting this. 2 quick questions: Does it affect all assets? If not, which asset were you downloading when it crashed? Do you have a crash report in %AppData%\Roaming\Affinity\Photo\1.0\CrashReports\reports? If so, would you mind uploading it here please? Thanks in advance

  14. Hi @czaromir, We're currently looking into this and have a couple of questions. If you wouldn't mind answering the following that would be much appreciated! Did you buy the app from the Microsoft Store? What version of Microsoft Store do you have running (found towards the bottom of the Settings page)? What's the version number of c:\windows\system32\RuntimeBroker.exe? Are you running any anti-virus software? If so, what is it? Thanks in advance
