  1. Hi Navid Baq, Thanks for letting us know - this is something we're aware off and only affects non-retina users. It has been fixed in the 1.8.2 beta available below:
  2. Hi Ranazomic, Could you attach an afdesign file this is happening to please?
  3. Hi techfips, Thanks for getting back to us - glad the issue has now been resolved for you.
  4. Hi awan, This has now been fixed in the latest beta available here:
  5. Hi Tau, There is a known issue that opening an SVG containing a minus height/width value will cause Designer to crash. Just changing the height from -698 to 698 will allow the SVG to open without crashing Designer. I'll get this bumped with development - thanks for letting us know.
  6. Hi Misternick808, I've just tried this myself and it seems to be working correctly. However please note that expand stroke will only work on strokes that are set to 'Align Centre'. If you go to the Stroke Studio and check the stroke isn't Aligned Outer/Inner. If you're still getting issues could you get a screen recording that shows the steps you're taking to reproduce the issue please?
  7. Hi Bludocs, As mentioned before this is a known issue that has now been resolved in the beta version of 1.8.2. Thanks for letting us know.
  8. Hi LadyH, This is an issue we've reproduced, and have passed on to development to be fixed. The double click behaviour has now returned in 1.8.2 as mentioned by Walt, however there are still a few aspects that aren't correct which we've passed back to development.
  9. Hi erwe design, This is a known issue that has now been fixed in the latest beta available below:
  10. Hi erwe design, Can you please be a bit more descriptive about the issue you're having please? In this case it sounds quite file specific, could you attach a copy of your document with some notes on what operations you're doing to reproduce the issue please? Thanks
  11. Ahhh you're using Windows - that helps a lot, as does the 'All Pages' issue. Turns out it is being caused by a hyperlink that goes missing when using 'All Pages' - this is a known issue that has now been fixed in the latest Publisher Beta available using the link below. Hi Baldor, The object inside your document has a minus value for the Stroke Width which absolutely should not be possible - this is why it is failing when exporting. If you replace this with a non negative value your object will export. Do you have ANY idea how you made this object or got it into this state? As I mentioned this should not be possible! Thanks
  12. Hi Claudius, Would you be able to upload the files to our Internal Dropbox account using the following URL please: https://www.dropbox.com/request/Z05cKDQlGUhB4bSPO4MO Unfortunately it isn't possible for us to downgrade the files sadly!
  13. Hi nonresidentalien, Would you be able to get a screen recording of the process you're going through and also attaching the appropriate files afdesign please?
  14. Hi Diana222, This is working fine for me, however you need to ensure you have Snapping turned on with 'Snap to Grid' enabled, and also 'Align handle positions using snapping options' enabled on the Context Toolbar for the Pen. If you are still having issues would you be able to perform a screen recording demonstrating the problems you are having?
  15. Hi Bludocs, This is something that we're aware of and with development to be fixed. I'll get it bumped with your comments. Thanks for letting us know.
  16. Hi EVH1, Are you suggesting you also want the loop filled as well? What you're seeing is the normal behaviour of vector curves. If you want the loop to also be filled then you will need to switch your shape to use a Winding (otherwise known as Non-Zero) fill mode. To do this select the object and go to Layer > Fill Mode > Winding (Non-zero). The loop will now get filled.
  17. Hi nonworkingmorning, Unfortunately there was an issue causing Boolean operations to fail in the ways you've shown. As Dazmondo77 has mentioned it has now been fixed in the latest 1.8.2.1 beta available below:
  18. Hi Bubily, Thanks for letting us know - I'll get this passed on to development.
  19. Hi RichLoyalty, Would you be able to attach a copy of the files you're trying to export, and the resulting PDFs you're getting so we can try to reproduce this please? It certaintly sounds document specific! I've created a link here for you to upload to our internal Dropbox account: https://www.dropbox.com/request/5UVeLWOjYNZHokFAQhqG Thanks
  20. Hi slawek_DD, Are you using Expand Stroke? There is a known issue with this, however this should now be resolved in the beta below:
  21. Hi Photonic, Does this happen from a new document, or is it affecting existing files only? Could you attach a screen recording that demonstrates the steps you're taking that is causing the export, print and save issues please?
  22. Hi Scott, Thanks for the file - however the export is working for me! If you are using Catalina I would check the Security & Privacy section in System Preferences and make sure Designer isn't being disallowed access in the Privacy > Files and Folders section. Would it be possible for you to attach a screen recording showing the steps you're taking that is causing the export to fail please? Thanks!
  23. Hi Walt, Thanks for the heads up - i'll get it passed on to the documentation team!
  24. Hi StraightFromSpace, Thanks for letting us know - we've reproduced this and have passed it on to development.
