  1. Thank you gentlemen! I think after reading the responses here, I should try to take this a little further. I need to work out if these characters can be seen side on, also try some more dynamic poses. Who knows where I will end up! Thanks again.
  2. I'm glad you like them Arctic Gorilla, I think Worfs may favourite too.
  3. Thanks MEB! Yeah maybe this is the start of a series?!
  4. Thanks Peter, I'm glad you like it! I'm not sure sure whats coming next, I did however think this style of image might work with Neo, Trinity and Morpheus.
  5. Ok I confess, I'm a big fan. I wanted to make a star trek image so I made it so.
  6. For some people the thought that they have invested many hours and much effort into learning what could be the wrong software is too much to take. So they breathe a sigh of relief when it turns out this fancy new software is missing a few features, writing such a review is a form of self soothing I guess.
  7. Excellent work, it has a nice art deco feel to it.
  8. Thanks Freshblue. @Ronnie, thanks for the tip, if I revisit this one I'll certainly take on board your advice.

  12. Cheers gents, I guess I will have to wait for Affinity Animator to add some movement ;)
  13. So I guess you might be able to tell this piece is inspired a little bit by space invaders. I also tried to create a 2d platform game look. I think the challenge was knowing how much detail to leave out rather than add. Hopefully I've got the balance right! Please crit and thanks for your comments, oh and happy new year folks.
  14. Fantastic! Personally I would tweak the lighting, maybe soften the shadows to create an area light effect. Also some contact shadows to push the realism. Really good though.
  15. Job well done, it has a nice clean and fresh feel to it.
