RenWaller Posted July 6, 2019 Posted July 6, 2019 In Affinity Publisher, when drawing a line, can you use brushes or can you only do that in Designer? Thanks! Quote
Bad_Wolf Posted July 6, 2019 Posted July 6, 2019 Affinity Publisher does not have a brush tool. So you can only use brushes in Designer. Maybe you can draw your line with the brush tool in Designer and then import it into Publisher? Chris Quote
RenWaller Posted July 6, 2019 Author Posted July 6, 2019 Thanks @Bad_Wolf! Just wanted to make sure I wasn't missing something. Quote
walt.farrell Posted July 6, 2019 Posted July 6, 2019 Of course, if you do own both Designer and Publisher you can use StudioLink to integrate them. That lets you run Publisher, switch to the Designer Persona to do your painting (or Photo, if you own Photo), and switch back to do more DTP work. stokerg 1 Quote -- Walt Designer, Photo, and Publisher V1 and V2 at latest retail and beta releases PC: Desktop: Windows 11 Pro 23H2, 64GB memory, AMD Ryzen 9 5900 12-Core @ 3.00 GHz, NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3090 Laptop: Windows 11 Pro 23H2, 32GB memory, Intel Core i7-10750H @ 2.60GHz, Intel UHD Graphics Comet Lake GT2 and NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070 Laptop GPU.
