Dan C Posted July 5, 2019 Posted July 5, 2019 Hi Bruno Henrique Unfortunately due to the way Microsoft protect their customers data, we aren't given any purchase information regarding our customers here, we are only given sales figures from Microsoft. For this reason we can't like Affinity account with Microsoft Store purchases, the same applies to the Apple Store. Apologies! Quote
Favier Brice Posted August 25, 2019 Posted August 25, 2019 Hi, How can I access the "store.serif.com"'s account if I bought Affinity Photo via Windows Store? Quote

Welcome to the Serif Affinity forums, Favier Brice. If you have not purchased anything directly from Serif you probably do not have an account on the Serif store. What are you trying to do? If you're trying to get the free "Inksy" brushes that are available for download you would follow the link from Photo's Welcome screen, which would take you to the proper spot to create an account and perform the download of those brushes.
